Should the money-back guarantee apply, if we have already paid for your domain then the only cost you forfeit is the cost of registering your domain for you, which you of course keep. For the free 5MB plans only, if you exceed your limits your domain will be automatically suspended, after which you HAVE to upgrade or pay a R100 reactivation fee. We reserve the right to suspend any account due to non-payment. A reactivation fee of R100 applies. We do NOT charge interest. Your site must positively have NO illegal content or activity; eg: illegal gambling sites; illegal mp3 download sites; illegal pornographic sites, etc. Any such site will be permanently deleted. Because we offer unmetered bandwidth, we do not welcome bandwidth misuse. If your site does this, we will terminate your account with or without notice.
